Candidate should interpret the product, process requirement and create work instruction for weld shop / assembly of production lines. He / She should have knowledge of CAD tools, Jigs, Fixtures, Material handling and creation of manufacturing drawings.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality inspections.
- Create self-inspections check sheet for product dimensional and visual requirements.
- Identify quality issues and defects.
- Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop test documentation, including test plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop quality metrics to track performance and identify trends.
- Create quality documentation, including reports, procedures, and specifications.
- Document findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data and identify root causes of problems.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills :
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical or Industrial engineering required.
- At least 4-6 years of experience is required
