Location - Santa Clara, CA - onsite

Role, Skills, Responsibilities:
Technical skills: Full stack with strong Python, SQL, API skills
Experience:
- 15 years of industry and 10 years of relevant experience.
- Should have experience handling production support & should have managed customers.
- Experience working with global teams and multiple departments - IT, infra, network, security, etc.
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written.
JD:
- Customer-facing skills.
- Prepare and make presentations to the client executive team.
- Lead, drive, and run the meetings.
- Stay on top of issues and problems - provide updates to the stakeholders. Proactively follow up and close issues.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and resolve issues.
- Flexible working hours should overlap with offshore and other global teams in Asia / Europe.
- Lead and manage a team of BI analysts and application support staff.
- Oversee the support operations and implementation of BI solutions, including data warehousing, reporting, and analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytics and reporting needs.
- Ensuring the availability, performance, and security of data platforms, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Experience handling incidents and issues related to data platforms, troubleshooting problems, root-cause analysis, and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
