Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and managing architectural projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are maintained.
- Design Coordination: Work closely with the design team to ensure that project concepts align with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
- Documentation: Prepare and review design documentation, such as drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist in the research and application of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements for project approvals.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, report on the status of ongoing work, and identify any issues that need to be addressed.
- Budget and Schedule Monitoring: Help track project budgets and schedules, making recommendations to the Project Manager to keep projects on track.
- Vendor and Consultant Coordination: Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other consultants to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
- Quality Assurance: Support quality control processes by reviewing design work and construction details to ensure alignment with project standards.
- Administrative Duties: Manage project documentation, contracts, meeting minutes, and correspondence in an organized manner.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in project management support or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced or project-based environment
- Experience with architectural project documentation and construction administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
