Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines, including milling machines and electrical discharge machining equipment, to produce high-quality components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy in dimensions.
- Program CNC machines for various machining processes, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.
