Arie Plumbing is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role will play a key part in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business.
The Operations Manager & Sales role is to assist & support the front line team, communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, problem solving, assist in recruitment & training & help create marketing / advertising strategies, and ensure that employees follow company policies and regulations and lead in the Company mission.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the business
- Supervise, support and coordinate the work of staff
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
