Property Service Technician

Aries Building Systems, LLC is a fully integrated company specializing in design, selling, and leasing of modular structures to clients in the educational, government, commercial, industrial, oil & gas, and other specialty markets. Aries currently has offices and workforce housing facilities across the US and Canada. We continue to show year over year growth due to our experienced team and strong financial backing. Aries Building Systems is currently seeking to fill 2 Maintenance Service Technician positions. Responsibilities listed below:

The job responsibilities consist of:

• Execution and completion/sign off of all submitted work orders
• Execution of facility routine inspection log performed on a weekly/monthly/annual basis
• Report and execute when facility inspections are due
• Maintain the facility grounds free of all debris, construction materials, snow, etc.
• Monitor site utilities at facilities including but not limited to water, electricity, TV, internet, etc.
• Complete, organize and maintain material supply and tool inventory
• Keep inventory logs accurate and up to date
• Perform routine vehicle inspection and maintenance, keep vehicle logs
• Assist Camp Operations Project Manager and/or Lead Service Tech when necessary on any major projects and capital improvements
• Conduct assignments in a safe manner for both yourself and those around you
• Submit weekly accounting documents in an accurate and timely manner
• Keep in good condition and maintain all Aries company property including company vehicle, laptop, tools, phone, etc.

Job Requirements: Valid Drivers License Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the business to enable effective operating decision making

Experience and Qualifications: Competent knowledge of the customer service and property management skills * Requires the ability to use Microsoft Office applications

• Requires oral communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with customers, prospective clients, vendors, and staff
• Requires organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met
• Requires problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry helpful but not required
• Knowledge of property management a strong plus
• Knowledge of modular building industry helpful but not required
• College degree preferred but not required

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
