Position Purpose
The purpose of this position is to oversee the overall smooth running of each individual casino by displaying professionalism to each individual they come into contact with.
Position Responsibilities
CCR's are responsible for the reporting of daily communication with each casino, training all necessary casino staff and entertaining customers in the casino environment.
Specific Accountabilities
- Conduct training for casino staff and management pertaining to equipment functionality and system operations.
- Conduct network events, such as rollouts of new games and promotional activities.
- Provide weekly written and oral reports pertaining to communication with casino in a professional and analytical manner.
- Provide CR Supervisor accurate and up to date unit counts of each casino in a timely manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience & Education
1. High School diploma (or equivalent).
2. Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
