This position is responsible for providing excellent services to our client/patients.
Able to utilize the software to enter correct information into the system.
Communicate client information necessary to schedule home medical equipment services.
Able to resolve client complaints, take corrective action and monitor results.
Pursue continuing education programs appropriate to job responsibilities,
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
Language: Bilingual (Chinese and English)
Skills: Computer skills, efficient use of the internet and email, Insurance reimbursement knowledge, and health insurance billing experience.
