Description

Proofread and edit reports and general correspondences for accuracy of grammar and formatting

Maintain project documents, databases and spreadsheets

Manage meeting appointments and logistics
-
Maintain the electronic file structure
-
Arrange and participate in meetings and project team activities
-
Convert scanned images or Excel files into MS Word documents
-
Assist with document formatting (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
-
Combine files (Excel, Word, Acrobat, etc.) for production purposes
-
Assist in supporting proposals as needed
-
Primary recipient of incoming calls to Arion’s main number
-
New employee workstation set-up
-
May assist with data entry into systems like Open Invoice

Qualifications specific to this role:

Advanced knowledge working with Microsoft Word required and cannot be stressed enough

Very comfortable working with current desktop applications and a cloud-based environment (i.e. Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.)

Comfortable working with the following software applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat

Ability to bookmark .pdf files required

Ability to work independently and be team player

Ability to multi-task and reprioritize upon request

Ability to handle confidential material
-
Must be organized and efficient with time management skills

Solid written/verbal communication skills, including grammar and attention to detail
Education Level:
-
High School Diploma required
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
3 years of experience minimum
