What are the responsibilities and job description for the HAH Support Team Administrative Assistant position at Arion Care?
PURPOSE: The Administrative Assistant's overall role is to ensure cohesive and smooth operation for the team and its personnel. The Administrative Assistant will provide daily and ongoing organizational support to the Manager and/or Supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must live in Phoenix Metro Area
- Experience and/or education in the field of education, social work, disability services, or related field
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Satisfactory background check.
- Able to acquire a DPS fingerprint card.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new software applications.
- Must have designated work space

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Respond to inquiries and requests through phone call, email, and/or text messaging within 1 business day.
- Assist members and staff with needs, especially in relation to coverage, scheduling, and payroll.
- Maintain employee and member contact information in appropriate software (SpokeChoice).
- Maintain phone log detailing questions, concerns, and resolution of issues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet timelines, may include nights and weekends.
- General office duties including data entry, spreadsheet maintenance and report generation.
- Work collaboratively with department and company to provide assistance as needed.
- Follow all company and State policies and procedures including, but not limited to:
- Reporting to work on time as scheduled.
- Refraining from excessive absenteeism.
- Obtaining prior approval for desired time off.
- Maintain all records, logs, spreadsheets and other documentation as required by ISP, company rule and State policy and procedure.
- Ensure that a clean and safe environment free from abuse, intimidation and harassment is maintained.
- Maintain all training and certifications as required by State or Company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional demeanor and protect confidentiality of client, staff and agency information.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- The ability to lift items up to 50 lbs., including boxes of paper.
- The ability to walk, kneel, stand, and bend.
- Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to use and work with computer data bases to track information.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This job operates as a remote tele-work position, as Arion Care Solutions does not provide a separate workplace at a corporate location. Working from home requires a high degree of discipline and the ability to have a space dedicated to work in the home and provision for childcare if appropriate.
