Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sourcer to join our high-performing team. This role is essential in identifying and engaging top talent for the Aris Amplify recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the recruiting team to source and deliver a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Ensuring a strong, diverse talent pipeline.
- Conducting thorough research and identifying potential candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal networks.
- Building and maintaining candidate workflows.
- Crafting compelling job descriptions.
- Managing data and candidate information within Salesforce.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1 years of recent recruiting experience in a professional search firm or agency environment.
- Strong ability to source passive candidates and leverage networking tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with ATS/CRM platforms (Bullhorn, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, KPI-driven environment.
