Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sourcer to join our high-performing team. This role is essential in identifying and engaging top talent for the Aris Amplify recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with the recruiting team to source and deliver a shortlist of qualified candidates.
• Ensuring a strong, diverse talent pipeline.
• Conducting thorough research and identifying potential candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal networks.
• Building and maintaining candidate workflows.
• Crafting compelling job descriptions.
• Managing data and candidate information within Salesforce.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 years of recent recruiting experience in a professional search firm or agency environment.
• Strong ability to source passive candidates and leverage networking tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with ATS/CRM platforms (Bullhorn, Salesforce, or similar).
• Ability to thrive in a competitive, KPI-driven environment.
