Job Summary for Sales Representative | Distributor Sales Manager: To build and maintain relationships with Distributor Product Managers and Distributor Sales Reps, and the end user customers. Promote and drive customer satisfaction and sales of Green Leaf Plants.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, occasional overtime and travel required
Pay Rate: Depending on experience
Job Duties and Responsibilities for Sales Representative | Distributor Sales Manager:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to drive sales growth.
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Responsible for promoting Green Leaf Plants to both the distributor network and direct customers, ensuring effective engagement and brand representation.
- Monitor and provide regular updates on the status of bookings and orders to distributor representatives and the team, ensuring the maintenance of current business levels while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of inventory levels and product quality by actively participating in inventory meetings and conducting on-site evaluations of inventory in production.
- Participate and facilitate trade show events.
- Collaborate with the Aris marketing team to ensure consistent and effective promotion of Green Leaf Plants' products and services
Job Requirements of Sales Representative | Distributor Sales Manager:
- Minimum 5 years of Horticulture experience
- 3 years of sales experience
- MS Office Suite experience including Excel preferred
- SAP and AS400 experience preferred
- Must be able to travel out of state
- Valid PA Driver’s License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
