Salary : PURPOSE
Warmly welcome customers as they enter Arise Homes or when they call the company to inquire about an Arise Home. Develop and preserve relationships that generate new Arise homeowners and assist our homebuyers and the Arise Lead Salesperson by providing excellent service.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome potential buyers when they enter the sales center.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers and seek to set appointments for sales team members.
- Answer phone to handle inquiries, develop phone skills to obtain an appointment for buyer to come to the sales center for a 4 / 2 meeting with the Lead Sales Agent.
- Learn the 4 / 2 sales approach to back up the Lead Sales Agent if necessary.
- Proactively keep the Sales Center presentable, which is defined as picking up trash or straightening dcor. Keep the Design Center clean and organized, and update selections as needed.
- Keep refreshments always stocked and maintain office supplies.
- Assist Lead Agent uploading paperwork into Dotloop.
- Assist Lead Agent in keeping up the various reports needed to run operation and other back-office support.
- Assist with getting the paperwork to the Arise Processor of contract via Dotloop so they can make available to homebuyer, lender, and title company. Attend Zoom meeting with processor weekly on Wednesdays.
- Attend the weekly Wednesday Sales Meeting for the department.
- Take the lead on learning and implementation as well as teaching other members in the Sales Department the Homes Software, beginning with the CRM.

The Sales Assistant reports to the General Manager.
JOB HOURS
This is a full-time position. Between the hours of 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm Monday through Friday.
