Primary Responsibilities
- Scheduling and calendar management for executives.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Coordinating meetings and events, including arranging logistics and taking minutes.
- Utilizing Google Suite and Outlook Calendar to manage communications and scheduling.
- Proofreading and editing documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Acting as a liaison between executives and other staff members.
- Performing various administrative tasks as required.
