Departmental support which includes, finance/accounting, human resources and support to the members of the ownership team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with high problem-solving skills and attention to detail is critical. The ability to have outstanding customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, manage complex schedules, and meet deadlines is essential to the success of this position.

Job Duties
- Serve as the first contact within the office, answering and directing phone calls, responding to requests (by e-mail or phone).
- Assisting in scheduling interview times, meeting appointments and deadlines for office and senior personnel.
- Providing direct administrative support to senior-level personnel, including email correspondence, distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms and faxes.
- Assisting in sending new hire e-mails with pertinent information regarding first day onboarding and training schedule.
- Assisting human resources with administrative tasks, not limited to, filing confidential employee records, calling to schedule interviews as designated by HR Manager, maintaining spreadsheets, maintaining HR calendar.
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and communicating when supplies are low.
Note: This role’s responsibilities will expand over time as prospect progresses within the company.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Two or more years of experience within an administrative role.
- Able to use and maintain office equipment.
- Experience with developing internal processes and filing systems.
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
Job Type: Part-time
