Needs to be proficient in automations. Participates in business development opportunities and communicates to Leadership. Facilitates and identifies solutions to address complex business problems / issues. Have understanding of building cold email campaigns and list building. Implements business-focused solutions within time / cost constraints. Will help with onboarding clients, overall strategy for cold email campaigns Familiar with Airtable CRM and Smartlead platform. Requirements - Must have a minimum of 1 year of Email Marketing Automation Operations Manager - In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly in company's leadership team to oversee the performance, analyze the company's organizational process, building operational policies and strategies that keep the organization functioning smoothly - With deep background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry). - Highly capable in problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism - Strong personal and professional judgement - Adaptability to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities - Capable working independently, with leadership skills and taking initiative in resolving issues - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Both written & verbal) - Ability to do onboarding clients, overall strategy for cold email campaigns - Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction at all times - Flexible and able to perform multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge in Airtable CRM and Smartlead platform - With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber) and with internet backup Benefits SALARY - $ 1000 PER MONTH TYPE OF WORK - FULL TIME (REMOTE), 40 HRS PER WEEK (MONDAY TO FRIDAY) WORK SCHEDULE - UK TIMEZONE JOB LEVEL - EXPERT OR ADVANCE LEVEL
