This role coordinates the work flow of the EPROM shift. As an EPROM Lead you collaborate with many departments to ensure our process are correct, this role is also responsible for training the rest of the team on any new process. This is a fast-paced role that adds tasks as the day moves on to meet the company needs. This is a crucial role that plays a massive part in ensuring the games in the field stay up and running.What You'll Do
• Work with multiple teams to assure compliance and completion of orders
• Control the inventory in your area
• Provide daily work to the EPROM team and ensure the team remains focused on tasks
• Train team on any new or updated processes
• Maintain process documents for EPROM work items
• Complete all other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
• Experience with the following programs: Teams, Excel, Outlook, and D365
• 2 or more years’ experience in gaming or related industry
• Ability communicate and raise issues to different departments
• Multi-tasking
