Duties
- Conduct product demonstrations to healthcare professionals to showcase the benefits and features of our laboratory services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and product inventory.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market analysis for management review.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote products and expand professional connections.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or laboratory industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

- Proficiency in conducting product demos that effectively highlight product advantages.
