SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

AriZona Beverages is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Email Marketing & CRM Manager.


The Email Marketing & CRM Manager at AriZona is responsible for developing and executing customer-focused email and SMS marketing strategies aimed at driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth for the company's brands.


The ideal candidate will lead direct-to-consumer customer engagement, membership, and retention efforts. This role is instrumental in designing and executing digital marketing strategies that keep our fans and customers engaged and delighted across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and on-site messaging. They will also be responsible for leading efforts on our direct-to-consumer loyalty program.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Klaviyo Email, SMS, and Data Platform Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the Klaviyo platform, including campaign setup, email automation workflows, customer segmentation, and performance tracking. Ensure the platform is fully integrated with e-commerce tools and regularly optimize settings for maximum engagement, deliverability, and revenue generation.
  • Campaign Development: Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns aimed at improving subscriber retention across email, SMS, social media, and on-site messaging.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase customer retention through upsell and cross-sell campaigns.
  • Customer Journey Strategy: Develop and implement a lifecycle marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty throughout their journey with AriZona.
  • Loyalty/Membership Program Management: Manage a subscription membership program within Shopify and Inveterate, designed to drive customer loyalty and offer rewards that incentivize retention.
  • Collaborative Marketing: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop key messaging points and direct response creative across all relevant mediums. Drive the creative process through review cycles, collaborating with designers and copywriters, identifying target audience segments, and gathering feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze digital marketing campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as email open rates, social media engagement, conversion rates, and retention to optimize ROI and campaign effectiveness.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 3–7 years of retention marketing experience across multiple channels, including segmentation, personalization, email, CRM, loyalty/rewards, and SMS.
  • Advanced knowledge of Klaviyo: Expertise in leveraging Klaviyo for email marketing automation, customer segmentation, personalization, and advanced campaign workflows.
  • Experience in e-commerce and quantitative analysis of business data.
  • Proven experience in developing creative strategy briefs and collaborating with creative teams to execute them.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze customer data, optimize email strategies, and utilize Klaviyo’s integration with Shopify to drive engagement, improve customer retention, and increase revenue.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template editing.
  • Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM compliance and GDPR regulations.
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and growth through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passionate about customer success.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented self-starter who follows established processes to ensure consistent execution.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

In Office Workplace - Monday through Friday in Woodbury, Long Island, NY
