Role:The role of the EFT Specialist I is responsible for processing of all EFT related services as described below.
Summary of Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Process and/or approve files for vendors including, ACHieve Originations, eBranch online banking, ACH originations, SWBC payments, and SSI/Medicare asset verifications.
- Process and release incoming/outgoing wires and notify departments when necessary.
- Reviews outgoing wire receipts and notifies branch staff of missing receipts.
- Review and process share draft returns and deposit returns
- Assist EFT Specialists in processing and/or approving various ACH files received including review of exception items according to NACHA rules and regulations
- Perform support requests including ACH check copies from outside institutions, ACH originations, ACH Distributions, ACH Disputes, ACH Stops, member number changes, online loan payments, SWBC payments, & Funds Transfers
- Meet daily deadlines and cutoff times, answer service request via telephone, email, and work queues within the establishes service level agreements.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
- Remote work is available after 90 days (Hybrid).
Experience: One to three years similar or related experience.
