What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2024/2025 SY Paraprofessional (6th Grade) position at Arizona Desert Elementary?
POSITION INFORMATION:
Assist the teacher with classroom activities specifically designed to meet the individual needs of students.
REQUIREMENTS:
Associates of Arts degree or two years of post secondary education (60 credit hours) from an accredited college/university or proof of passing score on ParaPro Test, a valid Level One AZ, IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, Immunization Record (MMR).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Presents skills reinforcements or guides independent study activities to individuals or small groups of students as directed by the teacher;
*Familiarizes self with instructional materials to be used and learns how to use them properly;
*Maintains a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information about students;
*Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the Principal.
Salary : $15 - $26
