Coordinator, Suites & Premium Hospitality
Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist with servicing of all nightly suite sales across the sales floor by ensuring proper communication on accessing tickets, placing F&B order, parking, and other gameday details are shared with each suite rental.
- Develop and maintain a process for post-sale service.
- Communicate organizationally and execute pre-game meetings for Suite holders.
- Gameday support of guest service experience of Suite holders.
- Facilitate Creative Service requests for various departmental projects.
- Support with logistics/planning of annual Suite Partner trip.
- Submit orders for online suite transactions through internal CRM system.
- Monitor online suite availability to ensure only available suites are posted for sale.
- Monitor internal scheduling tool to ensure holds placed on suites are released in a timely manner.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM software.
- Must be a self-starter and be highly organized.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to surprise and delight.
Experience/Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sport Management or a related field.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to climb stairs and walk long distances.
