What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recreational Gymnastics Coordinator position at Arizona Dynamics Gymnastics?
Arizona Dynamics Gymnastics in Queen Creek, Arizona is currently seeking a Recreational Coordinator. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about gymnastics, has good management skills, works well with other, and is high energy!
LOCATION OPENING AUGUST 1ST: 22703 E. Germann Rd Queen Creek AZ 85142
Will start working at our Chandler location until this location is open.
Duties include but are not limited to;
- Hiring and training new staff
- Staff Scheduling
- Gymnastics Rotation Schedules
- Implementing Curriculum
- Checking students into class
- Holding staff meetings and training clinics
- Staffing and running skill specific clinics
- Staff Reviews
Hours would be:
Monday-Friday 2:30PM-8:00PM , Saturday 8:30AM-12:30PM
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
Salary : $20 - $22
