This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a strong background in facility management, construction, or project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute facility service projects, including maintenance, renovations, and installations.
- Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles promptly.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Foster strong client relationships by ensuring clear communication, addressing concerns, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of project management experience in facility services, construction, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
