Job Description
This position is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing power and transmission agreements, member/customer contracts, OATT based interconnection agreements, and other related contract matters.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and process interconnection requests, operations and maintenance agreements, and telecommunication lease agreements.
- Develop power and transmission agreements, ensuring coordination with department personnel and participants.
- Oversee administration of existing operations and maintenance agreements with Western Area Power Administration or other local utilities.
- Represent cooperative(s) on committees and task forces.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, economics, engineering, or other technical field required; J.D. or applicable M.A. preferred.
- 2-5 years of electric utility experience or an equivalent preferred.
Compensation Package
A competitive compensation package, including a monthly salary range of $7,026.67 - $8,783.34, is available to the successful candidate.
