What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Head Mechanic position at Arizona Grand Resort & Spa?
Summary of Position :
The Mechanic is responsible for maintaining proper operating function of the golf course equipment and performs minor and major repairs as needed.
Essential Functions :
- Safely sharpen back lap reels.
- Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles.
- Assist with field challenges.
- Set up equipment for staff.
- Other tasks as assigned by managers or supervisors.
- Keeps service records on all equipment.
- Maintain appropriate inventory control and budget
- Work together with assistant mechanic
- Small engine, general overhauling
Qualifications :
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience : Small Engine Repair, working knowledge of general gasoline and diesel engines, grinding reels, bedknife, ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
