TeeBox Indoor Golf Club is a premier indoor golf facility featuring 11 Trackman simulators and a “Scratch” Kitchen & Bar. We offer a fun and dynamic atmosphere for golfers of all levels & non-golfers alike, combined with high-quality food & beverages, and exceptional customer service.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Golf Professional/General Manager to lead and oversee FOH operations of our beautiful facility.
This role requires a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of the golf industry and experience in managing both recreational and food & beverage services. The Head Golf Professional/General Manager will ensure the club provides outstanding customer experiences, maintains profitability, and upholds world-class operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of the indoor golf club, restaurant, and bar, ensuring best-of-the-best conditions of our facilities and excellent quality and service levels in all areas of our business.
- Hire dedicated employees including golf attendants, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff (when needed), whom you will lead, train, motivate, and manage to execute our mission of delivering a world-class quality and service experience for all our guests.
- Maintain our 11 Trackman simulator bays to ensure they provide the best possible indoor golf experience available.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Schedule and coordinate group events, leagues, and golf tournaments to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Create and maintain an exceptional guest experience by ensuring we produce high quality indoor golf conditions along with great food & beverage and world-class customer service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for golf operations & bar.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Work with the owners to develop marketing strategies to promote the club’s offerings targeting event planners, destination management companies, local hotel concierges, large local employers, and consumers to grow our business.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of leadership and management experience in the golf industry, preferably within a hospitality setting and events.
- Strong understanding of the golf industry and familiarity with Trackman or other golf simulator technology.
- Golf instruction and club fitting experience are required.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team of diverse professionals.
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost management and inventory control.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing profit and loss statements.
- Excellent communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
