Position Overview: As a TrackMan Golf Tech at TeeBox Indoor Golf Club, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our golf simulators deliver exceptional performance to our valued guests. Your expertise with TrackMan will be critical to ensure that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience. As with all great technology, it's not hard to use, but familiarity is necessary to get the most out of it. Our TrackMan Golf Techs play a critical role in making sure our customers get the most out of the world-class facility we provide to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• TeeBox Starter: Greet guests and assist them in getting started with their golf session. Understand the customer's needs and help guide them to the best possible experience.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support for our TrackMan golf simulators, including setup, calibration, and regular TeeBox maintenance.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve any technical issues that may arise with the simulators promptly and efficiently.
• Software and Hardware Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest TrackMan software & firmware to ensure all simulators are running the most current versions.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a clean and functional indoor golf environment so our guests have the best possible experience.
• Customer Assistance: Assist guests with tips & tricks about the TrackMan system to enhance their overall experience.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including servers and bartenders, to create a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. #OneTeamOneDream

Requirements:

• Golf Enthusiast: Passion for golf with a good understanding of the game's rules, etiquette, and equipment.
• Technical Aptitude: Experience working with TrackMan or similar golf simulator technology is highly desirable.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly troubleshoot technical issues and find effective solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in setting up and calibrating the simulators to ensure accurate data output for the best possible customer experience.
• Customer-Oriented: A friendly and helpful demeanor to assist guests with any technical inquiries.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to provide a world-class customer experience to our customers during every visit.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate our guests' needs. We will be staffing for hours between early morning to the late evening.
  
• Physical Stamina: This role may require lifting and moving golf equipment and occasionally standing for extended periods.
