Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Arizona MedLaser. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors to our medical spa.
Responsibilities:
Greet and Welcome Clients: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere by greeting clients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Offer assistance and provide information about our services and treatments.
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment bookings and maintain the appointment calendar. Coordinate with clients and our team of medical professionals to ensure a well-organized schedule.
Telephone and Email Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing detailed information about our services.
Check-In and Check-Out Procedures: Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for clients, verifying personal and medical information, and collecting necessary forms and payments.
Client Database Maintenance: Update and maintain client records accurately and confidentially in our electronic database.
Sales Support: Assist in promoting our products and services by informing clients about special offers, packages, and promotions.
Office Organization: Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and well-presented at all times. Manage office supplies and restock as needed.
Collaboration with the Team: Work closely with our team of medical professionals and technicians to ensure seamless communication and client coordination.
Requirements:
