Account Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide Account Coordination for Sales Reps
  • Process all customer requests accurately, quickly and neatly
  • Generate and transmit purchase orders to vendors
  • Act as a liaison between store and warehouse associates
  • Provide excellent service to internal and external customers
  • Process orders and paperwork in a timely and organized manner.
  • Follow-up with customers regarding purchases/orders/deliveries.
  • Constant communication with customer regarding order status, etc. Review vendor acknowledgements against purchase orders
  • Verify pricing, shipping address, quantities and finish options
  • Verify manufacturer ship date corresponds with customer’s expectations
  • Provide status to customers on orders via email or phone
  • Predominant interaction is with sales team
  • Strategize with Operations for purchase order structure and timing
  • Generate and transmit purchase orders to vendors
  • Determine expected delivery dates, when applicable, by utilizing vendor websites, transit time spreadsheets and Operations personnel
  • Update internal systems with progress notes
  • Business to Business Sales environment
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and cheerfully
  • Greet incoming customers to Showroom

Requirements Excellent communication skills verbal and written

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Analytical & problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude and works effectively as a member of a team
  • Ability to work in self directed manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
  • Enthusiasm and desire to learn

Not Required Office Furniture experience

  • Marketing experience
  • Website experience such as uploading photos
  • Social Media experience

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000/year Work Location:
