OPHTHALMOLOGY OFFICE POSITION – includes front office assisting and back office assisting with a wide range of computer tasks including scheduling office appointments and surgery, surgery pre-certification, and other tasks related to insurance and credentialing.
Hours: Part Time
7:30 AM – 12:00 PM 1 PM- 4:30 PM Tuesday through Thursday
Salary: Dependent on Skill Range and Experience Level $19- $24
Start Date: Immediate

Flexible Vacation hours during June and July.
As the doctor takes off 12 weeks a year to spend with her family and do volunteer work, there is flexibility during this time for staff to take vacation as requested, particularly during June and July.
Office description:
I am an ophthalmologist in solo part time practice in the east valley – cross streets are Higley and Baseline.
My office staff consists of my front desk assistant, my back office assistant and the office position above.
Experience:
Previous experience in ophthalmology office preferred
Advanced MD Software Experience
Certified Ophthalmic Assistant(COA) helpful but not required
Requirements:
Willingness to complete a wide range of tasks (front office and back office) and help out other staff members when needed
Detail oriented
Efficient
Kindness and positive attitude toward patients and other staff members
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment is a must.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
