Salary: $23.32 per hour
Provides professional level administrative support for Academic Transfer Credit Solutions (ASU’s transfer course evaluation and pathway office) by assisting with transfer course encoding in the Transfer Guide and student degree audits, review data sets to create clean-up projects for transfer initiatives, and assist with building the foundational curriculum information for pathway development. Collaborates with assigned senior staff members in order to gain working knowledge and experience related to department administration support.
Essential Duties:
- Utilizing multiple databases to encode course equivalencies.
- Assists with project associated with course evaluations, pathway development, and transfer initiatives.
- Assists with organizing and preparing data sets to be work by team members and any other duties needed to help drive our organization vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our organization’s values.

Working Environment:
- Activities performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse
- Frequently required to stand and walk
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds
- Ability to regularly change priorities to accomplish tasks with frequent interruptions
- Ability to communicate to perform essential functions
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma and three years (3) experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.Driving Requirement:
