What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Office Manager/Bookkeeper position at Arizona Sun?
We are looking for a part time employee to work 25 hours a week from 8-1pm Monday –Friday. The ideal candidate has knowledge of the program keystroke and its usage (we can train). They must be able to compile reports and be data driven and good with data manipulation. Must be computer literate and have advanced skills in both excel and office. Must have good customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette. They must understand inventory and wholesale sales and order processing. Attention to detail is the most important component of this position. No smoking or vaping environment. Positive attitude is a must. We will be conducting interviews Mon-Friday from 10 am-noon. Interviews will not be conducted outside of this window.
Salary : $23,000 - $30,000
