As the Front Desk Staff, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support our daily operations, including:
- Welcoming clients and their families, ensuring smooth check-in for appointments
- Greeting visitors both in person and over the phone, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties
- Preparing and distributing intake packets for new clients prior to appointments
- Managing mail distribution and maintaining inventory for staff supplies
