- Collaborate effectively with the Clinical Director on medical records requests and related processes.
- Participate in the on-call administrator schedule, providing after-hours support to field staff and families.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices to enhance interventions for diverse populations.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency policies.

- Strong clinical support capabilities.

- Knowledge of managed health organization compliance standards.
