Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Supervisor located in Phoenix, AZ. The Clinical Supervisor will have a caseload, as well as oversee and support clinical staff, ensuring high standards of care. Responsibilities include supervising Applied Behavior Analysis, case management, and clinical supervision of mental health services. Daily tasks involve coordinating treatment plans, providing guidance to staff, maintaining compliance with clinical regulations, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of clinical services.
Qualifications
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Psychology
Strong Supervisory and Clinical Supervision skills
Proficiency in Case Management
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
Licensure REQUIRED
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) preferred
