Key Responsibilities
- Execute treatment plans to prevent escalation of behavioral issues.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions in diverse environments, including home, school, and community settings.
- Partner with parents and the child and family team to achieve targeted goals.
- Develop and instruct age-appropriate interventions tailored to individual client needs.
- Monitor and reinforce adherence to behavioral strategies while tracking progress.
- Complete required documentation and engage in weekly supervision and training to enhance your professional skills.
- Understanding of behavioral interventions such as behavior contracts and positive reinforcement.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
