As a Veterinary Customer Service Representative, you are an invaluable piece of the overall success of our hospital. Our ideal candidate must be polite at all times, able to multitask, and must be able to think independently and critically.
We are offering a full-time position. Veterinary experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate who has phone skill experience and great customer service. Hourly rate is determined based on experience. The ideal candidate must be willing and able to work a schedule that includes rotating days, evenings, and weekends. Flexibility with your schedule and good attendance is a must. We have an excellent benefits package including paid time off, health insurance, 401k plan, and discounted pet care for your own pets.
