The compensation for this position is $97,500 - $156,000 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and skillsets.

Requirements:
- Manage and maintain our Salesforce platform, including user management, security, data management, and customization.
- Implement and develop new features and functionalities that deliver sales, product, and revenue automations and efficiencies.
- Work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their business needs and ensure that our Salesforce platform is optimized to meet those needs.
- Implement and manage 3rd party applications and integrations.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into our business performance.
- Provide training and support to our Salesforce users to ensure that they are using the platform effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality and make recommendations for how we can leverage them to improve our business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data management, and customization.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
