As a Telecommunications Account Agent, you will play a key role in representing Verizon's products and services to both new and existing customers. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, delivering tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships that drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Verizon customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Promote and sell Verizon's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information to potential and current customers.
