Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Operate phone systems to assist guests with inquiries or requests.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Conduct night audits as required to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services is highly desirable.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
