Infor Lead Developer:
Location : San Diego , CA
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement solid, scalable and flexible solutions to support clients migrating from Baan 5C to LN10.7, Independent GAPs and other project.
Interact with functional people/process experts to understand new requirement, issues in depth and architect solutions and do development or delegate the development to offshore and if needed provide immediate solutions.
Perform liaison activities between client and offshore team on regulate basis to ensure there is no gap.
Work with offshore lead to ensure delivery commitments, forecast capacity, identify and mitigate risks.
Perform code reviews and mentor junior resources to ensure commitments are meet.
Qualifications:
8 years of experience in Infor-LN/Baan ERP development, enhancements and conversions
3 years of experience on collaborating directly with client on requirement gathering, architecting solutions, collaborating, and liaising activities with offshore team
Experience in at least one of the following Infor products:
Factory Track, Bartender, XI-ION, Infor XM, Info SCS Planner
Any technical certification in Infor ERP
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field.
