Role: Salesforce BA
Location: Dallas, TX
Daily activities include but are not limited to:
- Creating, configuring, and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
- Managing users, permissions, profiles, list views, and groups
- Creating and customizing page layouts
- Editing and maintaining data quality, account, and contact information
- Developing and maintaining Salesforce training materials
- Creating and managing workflows/process builder
- Supporting creation and migration of new development features
Qualifications: Required:
- 5 Years of Business Systems Analysis experience, including configuring Salesforce by creating and managing profiles, roles, custom fields, complex formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes
- Currently SFDC Admin 201 Certified
- 5 years hands-on experience with access management, data loader, and workbench
- Support experience with force.com, Sales Cloud, and/or Certinia (aka Financialforce)
- (Highly desirable) Experience with analyzing force.com logs, Mulesoft logs, and Splunk./SFDC Advanced Admin Certification. Able to support both L1 & L2 tickets
Preference Qualifications:
- Understanding of CRM-related business processes like Sales Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Partner Program and Relationship Management, Pipeline Management, Order Management, Account Management, and Case Management.
