ERP Finance & Procurement Functional Lead
Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the functional aspects of the CGI ERP (Advantage) system, focusing on Finance and Procurement modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, Travel, and Procure-to-Pay. This role will manage day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams and oversee the administration of Finance, Procurement, and Supply Services within the ERP system.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases.
- Design, develop, and test Finance and Procurement processes within the application.
- Provide functional support, including configuration, data migration, and interface assistance.
- Assess system capabilities against business requirements and identify gaps.
- Ensure compliance with financial and procurement policies, state and federal guidelines, and internal controls.
- Manage system enhancements, new developments, and incident resolution.
- Establish effective relationships with stakeholders and provide leadership in system administration and business process redesign.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with ERP and a deep understanding of procurement and financial module integration.
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Procurement policies and procedures; familiarity with GASB standards is a plus.
- Excellent multitasking, independent work, and team collaboration skills.
- Proven leadership in functional system administration and process improvements.
