We have an established business relationship with this client and looking for an experienced Client Relations Manager to take over all customer account management responsibilities. The successful applicant will focus on acquiring additional revenue streams for existing clientele as well as bringing in new POC relationships who can benefit from our IT Staffing & Project Support service offering. You will be responsible for meeting your quarterly goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
What you need to do :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their unique needs and requirements.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services to existing clients, and collaborate with the sales team to pursue and close these opportunities.
- Conduct virtual and physical walk-throughs of client sites to gain a deep understanding of their operations, work environment, and staffing requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Generate new business through current client relationships.
- Attend user groups meetups, tech speaking groups, lunch & learns, networking events to build upon current relationships and potential new clients.
- The client relations manager may service the client's account, make recommendations for account management, track metrics and analytics or otherwise serve as an intermediary between the client and the company.
