The IT Staffing Sales Manager’s primary focus will be to grow existing accounts in the Tallahassee Region, and to bring new IT Staffing business. We are looking for an individual with a hunter type mindset that is a go getter to bring more business from existing accounts. This person will be responsible to meet and exceed staffing quota and to drive revenue growth with an emphasis on overall Customer Satisfaction.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2 years of IT services staffing experience looking to expand his/her career by joining a highly successful global consulting organization. There are numerous routes to advancement for those that are successful in this role, including selling full lifecycle solutions as an Account Manager or Client Partner. Qualifications:
Must have recent experience in selling IT or like staffing services through direct client relationships
Must be a go-getter with great communication and interpersonal skills
Must be willing to take leadership on identifying and growing existing opportunities, and Identifying new business opportunities
Must be someone who can create and execute a sales strategy for new customer acquisition by identifying and developing viable and competitive value propositions that differentiate us
Responsibilities:
Increase sales by fostering strong relationships with customers and proactively establishing new business contacts.
Maximize Crescens’ existing business relationships.
Monitor and analyze market and customer activity for long-term planning and business expansion.
Offer direction and foster collaboration among recruiters to meet client requirements.
Position Specifics: This role is remote, with occasional in-person client meetings as needed. Growth opportunity with potential future region leadership roles.
Benefits: Competitive salary $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.
Commissions: Benefits including Medical, 401k plan etc
