I need a Sr. Project Manager with expertise leading large and complex infrastructure projects, particularly around IT site relocation. Must have proven site relocation / consolidation of real estate experience. The ideal PM will partner with real estate and manage technology project teams to complete office moves, office consolidations, and other real estate-initiated projects. This role will require a background in WAN / LAN, telephony, or desktop computing. I don’t need someone with all three, just one. This project will include roughly 100 global site moves. Must be able to contribute to the creation of the project charter and a detailed project schedule for relocation / closure of up to 150 global sites.
Minimum Qualifications :
BS Degree
