SAP Developer / Analyst

The SAP Developer / Analyst will be the primary technical resource for daily development needs while partnering directly with business stakeholders to identify and translate their requirements into implementable, scalable solutions aligned to industry best practices.   You will manage system configuration to ensure stakeholders understand the impacts of development requests across the multi-site enterprise.  Working in a dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to influence and evolve the SAP ERP to ensure business success.

Responsibilities :

In this position, you will be responsible for :

• Partnering directly with key functional business unit stakeholders to ask the right questions while identifying and recommending solutions for system requirements.
• Translating functional requirements into feasible technical specifications.
• Hands-on developing, configuring, testing and implementing of SAP modules and applications.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues during development, implementation, and operation.
• Establishing processes and procedures to maintain the ERP across all sites.
• Ensuring processes within the ERP follow regulatory requirements, including CMMC guidelines.
• Establishing and manage SAP maintenance and releases following best practices.
• Maintaining a development schedule and communicate priorities.
• Ensuring backups of critical data are monitored and compliant.
• Partnering with 3rd party provider to ensure solutions are aligned to business success.
• Onboarding and offboarding \ maintaining users in the system
