Position Overview (Summary / Objective) :
We are seeking a SAP ABAP Developer to handle day to day development issues in a best practices aligned manner. This person will be responsible for the day to day troubleshooting of issues in SAP. You will need to understand business process and how it is handled in SAP, while managing the communication of effort and ultimately the development of business requests. Manage configuration items with the understanding of how they affect the environment and ultimate output. Follow a proper enterprise SDLC to achieve consistency and reliability.
Responsibilities :
In this position, you will be responsible for :
- Recommending, building, and establishing processes and procedures to maintain the ERP across all locations.
- Ensuring that processes within the ERP follow CMMC guidelines and do not expose Arka
- Manage SAP maintenance and releases following best practices
- Ensure backups of critical data are monitored and healthy at all times
- Manage configuration
- Work closely with functional teams to understand their requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Design, code, test and implement SAP modules and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development, implementation and operation.
