Position Overview:
The Sales Representative / Estimator will be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales efforts, generating new business, and cultivating strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to accurately identify the clients needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales:
- Handle inbound inquiries from prospective clients and actively pursue outbound leads.
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and attending local networking/industry events.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage leads and opportunities.
Estimating & Proposals:
- Conduct on-site evaluations to assess the scope of asphalt maintenance projects, including repairs, sealcoating, and other related services.
- Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates, ensuring all aspects of the job are considered.
- Present detailed proposals to clients, explaining the scope of work, timelines, and cost structures.
Client Relations & Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide timely follow-up and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address any concerns or issues clients may have, ensuring the highest level of service.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations and production teams to ensure accurate project timelines and successful execution.
- Coordinate with the management team to develop strategies for meeting company sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, ideally within the construction or service industries (but not required).
- A keen eye for detail to estimate and price jobs accurately
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Preferred Skills(Not Required):
- Knowledge of construction services and asphalt maintenance services, including sealcoating, crack filling, patching, and striping.
- Familiarity with local markets and business networks in Arkansas.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction specifications is a plus.
